Eligibility for Returns

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. To qualify for return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • Items should not have stains, scratches or signs of wear.

Certain items are non-returnable: final sale products, personalised/custom goods, disposable hygiene items and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, product name and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions once your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without prior approval from our customer service team.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective, damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned parcels. We are not liable for lost return packages.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note banks or payment providers may take extra time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and share photos of the packaging and goods. We will arrange remedy options such as partial refund, full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us to check availability and get further guidance. Exchange shipping fees may apply.
